By downloading, installing, accessing, or using VoteVerse ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. Your continued use of the App following the posting of changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and VoteVerse ("we," "us," or "our"). We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through an in-app notice or update to the "Last updated" date above.
You must be at least 16 years of age to use VoteVerse. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 16 years old. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf. Certain features of the App may contain mature content intended for adult audiences.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our sole discretion, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms. You may only maintain one account. Creating multiple accounts to manipulate game mechanics, leaderboards, or circumvent bans is strictly prohibited.

VoteVerse allows you to submit custom vote questions ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you:

VoteVerse offers in-app purchases including but not limited to gem packs, ad removal, weekly VIP subscriptions, and the Play with Friends feature ("Purchases"). By making a Purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

All payment processing is handled exclusively by Apple through the App Store. We do not have access to your payment information. Any billing disputes must be directed to Apple.
Subscriptions (e.g., Weekly VIP) auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings. No partial refunds are provided for the unused portion of a subscription period.
We reserve the right to change pricing, modify, or discontinue any Purchase at any time without prior notice. Pricing changes will not affect existing active subscriptions until renewal.
If your account is suspended or terminated due to a violation of these Terms, you forfeit all Purchases, virtual currency, and virtual items. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
All content, features, functionality, graphics, design, logos, trademarks, and code of VoteVerse are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or create derivative works based on any part of the App without our prior written consent. The VoteVerse name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are our trademarks. You may not use them without our prior written permission.
Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in the App or its content except for the limited right to use the App in accordance with these Terms.
VoteVerse may send you push notifications related to game activity, friend requests, voting reminders, streak warnings, promotional content, and other app-related communications. You can opt out of notifications at any time through your iOS Settings.
We are not responsible for notifications that fail to deliver due to device settings, network conditions, or other factors outside our control. Notification content may vary and we reserve the right to modify notification types and frequency.

These third-party services have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices or content of these third-party services. Your use of VoteVerse constitutes your agreement to be bound by the terms of these third-party services as applicable.
THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, OBTAINED FROM US OR THROUGH THE APP SHALL CREATE ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY STATED IN THESE TERMS.
We do not guarantee that any particular feature, game mode, virtual item, or service will remain available. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the App at any time without notice.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL VOTEVERSE, ITS OWNERS, DEVELOPERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY:
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE APP OR THESE TERMS EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $50.00 USD, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES. IN SUCH JURISDICTIONS, OUR LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE GREATEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VoteVerse, its owners, developers, officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

We reserve the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the App.
Game mechanics including but not limited to point values, gem rewards, streak calculations, leaderboard algorithms, round timing, and virtual item prices may be adjusted at any time to maintain game balance and fairness.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith informal negotiation by contacting us at liamsapps.suport@gmail.com. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may pursue resolution through the courts.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU AGREE THAT ANY CLAIMS MUST BE BROUGHT IN YOUR INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS ACTION, COLLECTIVE ACTION, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.
You agree that any cause of action arising out of or related to these Terms or the App must commence within one (1) year after the cause of action accrues. Otherwise, such cause of action is permanently barred.
These Terms are between you and VoteVerse only, not with Apple Inc. Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support services with respect to the App.
Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the App, including but not limited to product liability claims, consumer protection claims, or intellectual property infringement claims.
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms. Upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple will have the right to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.
In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) for the App. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the App.
